A man who hung intimate with God

Enoch was the seventh descendant of Adam and the grandfather of Noah. Enoch in the Old Testament Book of Genesis and the Bible was one of the sons of Jared and his wife who is not named. The name Enoch is mentioned 19 times in the Bible, far more than any of his ancestors apart from Adam and his descendants to Abraham, except for Noah. He had a son named Methuselah at the age of 65 and lived to the age of 365. Through the descendants of Enoch, Noah, Abraham, and David were born, and finally, Jesus was born.

The Bible says the following about Enoch:

"Enoch walked with God, and then he was no longer there because he was taken by God." (Genesis 5:24)

"By faith, Enoch was taken up so that he would not experience death, and he is not found, because God has raised him up. For before he was taken up, he had the testimony that he was pleasing to God." (Hebrews 11: 5)

"Also concerning Enoch, the seventh descendant of Adam, had prophesied," Surely the Lord is coming with his thousands of saints, and will judge all men and judge the wicked for all their deeds. wicked, which they did, and because of all the blasphemous words that wicked sinners spoke against God. "(Jude 1:14). Enoch was an outstanding person in human history.
